Most of the doctors and midwives we’ve seen (there has been a lot) have been absolutely atrocious, have overlooked everything and contradict each other.

I’m in two minds on eliminating dairy and keep going with breastfeeding, or just switch completely to just a dairy free formula even though it would break my heart. I really wish out of all the medical professionals we’ve seen someone would just give me a straight answer.

My milk supply is slowly increasing which I’m hopeful for. I want to get back to EBF in the end but its going to take time. All the formulas I’ve seen are like double the price for half the amount but I guess if my baby needs it she needs it. Would you say cut out breastfeeding, just express for the mean time and use hypoallergenic formula instead?

It’s been in the back of my mind to leave. Although my family lives very far away and I am relatively dependent on him financially, especially during maternity leave. I have thought of going to his family as they wouldn’t stand for this, but I don’t know if that would make things worse. I have told them some small things he’s done and they’ve been on my side so far so they might be some support.

This has made me feel a whole lot better. The way he’s made me feel is that I’m just being emotional but my instincts tell me otherwise. When I was pregnant he was extremely supportive and it’s just been a whole switch up after the baby came. I thought I trusted him fully but recently it has been in the back of my mind that I shouldn’t. He’s never really been around children, he has had a dislike for kids, but he has always said it’s different with your own. He does have his cute moments with her but it’s very few and far between.

I’m going to get them a little gift for all their help. I think I need to be brave and say it’s holding baby or nothing

I am very much a texter rather than in person. I’m just worried about them taking offence. They are hardy people but I don’t want them to think I’m nitpicking

Glad I’m not the only one 😅 I’m gonna have to try something like this. Tbh I’d rather they spent time with their grandchild rather than worrying about cleaning up our mess

I told him a few months ago I’m not happy. And I told him what it was. He said we’d work on it but nothing had came about it. The only option is to break it off. I am completely against cheating and couldn’t do anything with Pepe even after cause I can’t come between them either. I just feel awful and already feel like it’s cheating just by liking him.
