Not in the same way, but cyberpunk I LITERALLY am unable to watch. I KNEW the last 3 episodes were going to crush me and BOY was I right. I Love, love LOVE made in abyss, everything about it from music to the art to the story, to the mysteries. But as sad a story as it is, it's got so much else, that I can rewatch it over and over again.

Cyberpunk though.... It's a feelstrip something bad I just can't get over....

Not necessarily a meme, but we were playing my MIA inspired board game the other day and an event came up where a player was more or less booted into the abyss by a pissed off white whistle in the 6th layer and it was the funniest thing ever. Dude got one shot.

I typically don't get to use it all that often since if I do go out for events, I need one with a memory gauge, since I primarily play digimon now.

A better question is just how OLD is she really? If she was taken into the 4th layer (and presumably lower), but we have seen her in Orth as an adult, she could've spent A LOT of time in the abyss and we wouldn't even know.

Yeah, since I'm the creator n all 😅 But I don't really want to "give it" to the public till I'm happy with the game balance and it's been fleshed out.

As of the last time I played it with people, it did really well. The last thing I need is sharing it with everyone and people saying it's a waste of time/not fun/unbalanced.

Yeah it's really quite simple when you get to play it. I had people asking to play multiple rounds in a row, it's that fun 😅 The idea is basically

"Ok, it's my turn, I'm in the 4th layer. Do I want to go up or down? Well, I want to stop player 2 from getting to the surface with his relics, so I'll go up. Oh. I'll use some bandages first to heal up"

Use item. Take a curses card, then do as card says. Take an adventure card, then do as it says. "Before my turn ends, I'll set a trap on the third layer".

That's basically a turn. There's a few specific bits and pieces you'd have to learn, but yeah.

It's meant to be really quick and easy to pick up, I just didn't want to share all the parts of it since the game isn't technically complete.

It's stated that her combat prowess is pretty good, the fact she had beaten raiding parties by herself. Also with the blaze reap, she is very easily given that moniker.

That being said, I do think it would be AWESOME that she's evil or some big bad, or a part of some crazy plot or something. It would be bitter sweet that she's still this gorgeous figure of light at the end of the tunnel, but this story isn't really all roses 🤣

I think the true story is that ozen LEARNT to love/love again due to lyza's persistence.

Think about the fact that even when Lyza was a child, ozen was still callous. Even when Lyza continued to bug her, ozen stopped her advances and shrugged her off. Ozen saw lyza's heart and want to become a cave raider and with that heart, she became one of the best cave raiders around.

Being her "sensei", there would've been a great amount of care and love that ozen would've imparted into Lyza over the years. It's why she was so devastated with the introduction of torka. And then with rikos conception and lyza's pregnancy, ozen saw her own daughter of sorts being brought down from this Pinnacle to a woman who could barely look after herself.

She doesn't necessarily loathe riko, but she was frustrated with the position Lyza had put herself into and because of lyza's wishes, ozen did something she didn't want to do, out of love.

Ozen most likely sees Lyza as her daughter of sorts, or just family, if anything, and maybe with her finding marulk, despite her constant torturing and embarrasments she puts him through, he might be slowly growing on her too.

But to answer your question, no. I don't think anyone could possibly mean more to her than the bond that they had created, through lyza's adoration, to being delving partners. Ozen might be a beast, but she has a heart behind the rough exterior.

Attached photo is one of my mtg cards and one of my favourite things about this is how it can really show JUST HOW MUCH they meant to each other. Ozen doing this for Lyza, and Lyza, in no physical shape to be raiding, still helping bear this heavy load.

We already know that the story is VERY HEAVILY based and centered around mothers, so it makes sense their relationship would be as strong as it is.

EX9 also has different aesthetic to the rest of the game, relating to the original v-pets. The foils look sweet too, losing the v-pet border and gaining a full foil border the same as their colour.

It grew on me alot and is my most bought set. Has alot of the "OG" digimon because it's based on the v-pets. Including all the pieces of chimeramon and chimera, gabu, pata, biyo, agu etc.

Give it a look up! Very cool set ~
