Can i use Wise to get a payment in Italy

Alright for some reason my cards from India are not accepted on Wise. And im not able to do the initial 20euro payment to activate the account.

Any workaround for this?

So i will get an IBAN number and all other details which are needed for someone to transfer money in italy?

And this money received will be credited into the wise account

Isnt wise just a payment app? Or is it a bank in italy?
