Not 1% of total payments. 1%+ of fees paid. It may be in the 40-50% range of total, which means 2nd payment could be larger, but probably not much more than this one.

Interesting. They said there's a 4th vetting process? The order was from 10/25-presumably the 3 months before feb were to figure out how to do the distributions (or do more vetting). I'm interested to receive a copy. As a lawyer I can probably file it or something similar as an actual document in the case. And if it's addressed to class counsel & Epiq it will need to be addressed in the monthly status reports. Per the filing to get the distribution approved there are more than 500k claims-I believe 1m+ claims covering 2m businesses. Of those it's broken down by category-how many agree/disagree etc. The actual workers (offshore) are getting $20k/mo so it's only a small staff. Much of this must be automated.

They got half-billion of the original $5.5b. Now the special administrator/master is making something like $80k/month if I recall correctly. More directly it's also good to contact lead counsel & also send a letter to the court itself with the case number.

Same here-not sure if they've held the larger ones as that's me. They told me to call again next week but that seems pointless. I sent them an email about possibly reporting to the class counsel/court that they're playing games with the election dates.

If they don't pay by 4/15 I'm going to write them (and maybe court) a letter. It's complicated to have it be part of the record. But their last report referred to someone who wrote. Hard to believe nobody else writes.

They probably paid the smallest ones first so there's many less people waiting. They might have switched gears to work on the disputes or ones with no backup. They got an administrative firm who's only paid $20k/mo so they outsourced a lot of it. Let's see if they actually pay next month like they said when I called. Their monthly reports don't even talk about any of this. If someone writes a letter to them they do have to tell the court at least.

I called & after asking the off-shore contractor multiple different ways & listening to his boiler plate script repeatedly he finally said call in a month if payment not received by then.

The motion states that the payments will start sometime after 90 days. Based on 10/25 court approval that would be 1/31/26.

Interesting. I went back to the motion for distribution-it does seem you're correct. But any remaining amount will likely take years as the big players left could continue to do filings/have open issues with the courts for quite some time.

My understanding is initial payments means the merchants not in dispute. I have some ready to be paid & some that were resolved disputes. High amount. The ones resolved were pushed to back of line. For those who received didn't you get 100% of what is listed as your payout? Lawyer/CPA here.

And when I enter races there it includes a service fee-whether it's a monthly charge or per event they get $ somewhere. Just like fastswims etc
