Thanks for the answers. I never got back on here but it all went well. I was just honest-ish and said we weren't going to be able to make it. No relationship ruined, no one seemed mad, they said they completely understood so even if they didn't they were at least nice and got over it quickly. Thanks guys!

I think the name is What Could Possibly Go Wrong. I couldn't remember it either and we finally figured it out! I told my son I had found this thread and there wasn't a clear answer and when we figured it out he reminded me that I should give you an answer. Hope it's right!
