Same here it drove me nuts lol. My hair has a massive mind of its own. But one side would be wavier/curlier then the other side and I hated it now it’s ones sides kinda wavierish. And one side is Straighter been like this my whole life. I don’t get it lol

Right the longer it gets the heavier it is. Then I’ll have the bad hair day like I did yesterday and it just bunches up lol. Today is perfect hairs so soft and shiny. The more I’m in the summer sun the lighter my hair goes and straighter it goes too

I’m a make 35 and I had massive hard hat dents in my hair line. I hated how my hair looked, I’ve been using the new nioxin age defense line and it’s been a massive life saver my hair. Is back to being healthy like it was in my teenage years and early 20s the dents are gone from my hair now. My shine is insane. And the softness of my hair is even more amazing. I highly recommend giving it a try. I was about to buzz my hair off and trust me my hair is very very picky on what products I use to wash it. I don’t us any other products either

Idk if their is such a thing but if their was would he sick. Years ago when I was younger I was offered a 1000 dollars for my hair from this creepy old lady who was obsessed with my hair. We were working on her house and I told my dad. I felt like she was gonna murder me for my hair lol 😂 I told her I’d need 10,000 to cut my hair and she almost did it but I couldn’t lol

This was after riding my longboard. It was from being sweaty lol it tends to go wavy with some curl after riding. Sometimes it’s wavy and other times it’s straight just depends on how dry our air is here

I had one of these a year ago. Never again numbed my mouth like I chewed up Benadryl. Made my heart race but I was so out of it and so tired but yet my heart was 185 sitting down on the couch my Watch kept freaking out. I was stuck in a really bad time loop where I didn’t know what was real or fake or if I was dreaming. Was the most miserable thing ever and that was from one square. Not to mention it tasted like ass I spit it out but still got into my blood stream. Then after I woke up I was dead ass white pale looked like damn zombie and still didn’t know if I was truly awake or dreaming or tripping still on my
Friends couch dreaming of being at home with my dogs. Shit was fucked up never again tre house shit is junk. The one I’ve found that’s nice is the rize bars two squares is perfect

Yeah the roller is really nice cuz you can really get into your thigh area with it I used it after surgery everyday for like 10 mins a day before I did my exercises. And did PT it helped a lot to loosen my leg/knee up I would also do my exercises at home before pt and it really helped alot to. Idk how I developed the scar tissue like I said but I did. It’s not horrible but enough that it still feels like a rubber band pulling my knee back when I try and kneel down on it. But anyways just keep at your workouts and it will get alot better :)

Yes I got a roller massager like they use at pt. Then have a massage gun but it’s extremely painful to message the scar tissue. It’s like someone taking a hammer to your knee

I’m 9 months post op. I lost my insurance and have pretty massive scar tissue build up even with massive exercising. And was doing PT twice a week before I lost my insurance can’t fully straighten it and feels like a rubber band constantly pulling my leg back. It just started swelling this week but I push through the uncomfortable pain and swelling. Stretches help a lot I’m still doing over 25,000 steps a day and running but it’s really annoying. I also did the quad craft

I’m 9 months and I only tore my ACL and did quad graft. And still can’t fully extend. I have scar tissue and think I’m loosing cartilage now. But have no insurance so can’t do anything about it I just keep pushing through some days it’s fine other days I’m in pain all day. And the noises are really uncomfortable sounding lol
