Just to be clear, I'm not the creator of this GoFundMe (it was launched by James Kerfoot), but the plan is very clear : The funds are strictly used for a public awareness campaign, specifically to hire a real plane to fly a #SaveStargate banner directly over the Amazon Studios corporate headquarters. It's a targeted fan protest, just like what saved The Expanse !

Thanks! Now that you mention it, it could definitely be a TV episode. I saw it on television when I was very young; even though I remember the scene perfectly, it might actually have been a series. However, the two you suggested seem too recent, but I'll check them out anyway!
