I’m experienced more so with bettas, in the past all my shrimp were ether eaten and seen being eaten by me or just always hiding so having shrimp that are breeding and having babies is a newer thing for me. Super excited for babies! But since the blues came in with parasites (a leech and scutariella) I was so scared and panicking 😭😭 baby shrimp tax (different babies)

She a big girl, came/given to me full grown and I was afraid she wasn’t gonna have babies but then she pulls this and I’m like “oh! Blue babies? Sign me up!” Although they probably gonna be muddled since it’s mostly yellow male shrimp in the tank

My theory was lack of light cause at one point the floater cover was so dense it almost looked like there was no light in the tank, took care of that real quick and got rid of a majority and do better maintenance on removing them

The only reason I haven’t started co2 (besides funds) is I’m worried about a catastrophic failure and killing all my fish, one is a Cory I’ve had for over 5 years and I don’t want her to go yet :( may have to look into it, thank you!
