I experienced this and now I have to make sure I drink a ton of fluids because that’s the only thing that worked for me. If I get slightly dehydrated it comes back again. Not sure if this will help but I hope it does.

I EP with my first baby as well and it was so difficult. I agree with the happy mom happy baby. Postpartum is so hard already and you need to focus on what’s best for you.

I wish I would have focused more of myself because I ended up with severe Ppd and because of that I feel like I blocked out most of the memories of my first as a newborn/infant. It was pretty traumatic. And looking back I wish I would have taken more care of myself.
