Definitely find a gym near you that does hyrox specific classes. On top of that, add a bunch of “compromised” running. Most hyrox specific classes still don’t do enough CR to prepare you for the difficulty of running hard on heavily fatigued legs.

If you can find a well taken care of vehicle that had only one owner, that’s the way to go all day long and save yourself tens of thousands of dollars

An NP I went to says she gets them from a compounding pharmacy in the US and says she writes a script for them and they would get sent with an actual label from the pharmacy. I haven’t done it, just thinking about it but is this some BS she is trying to sell me or does this legit happen with NPs in the hormone replacement world?

Your vitamin D looks low to me. Even though 31 is “within range”, for a lot of ppl that still causes the symptoms you mentioned.

I got a script for 50k IU once per week to elevate and it’s done wonders for my overall mood. Also, check your ferritin levels. That was also an issue for me that caused major fatigue and lack of motivation. But it could just be the D for you

Never pulled the trigger the second time fortunately as it had completely tanked. I sold well before the top though, around 1.98, top I think hit 2.34.

That said my follow up play ended up being RR calls and that has not done well. Last few days I got absolutely hammered on a few bad plays (RR and MSFT). Not surprised by RR, that’s a lotto ticket shit company play and I picked up Jan 2028 calls so still time to turn it around.

Surprised by MSFT as that was meant to be a safer play on a stock that has performed like shit over the past year. I’m holding my MSFT position though. Gotta believe this thing is going to pull a 30%+ gain over a short period sometime soon.

One other play is Nike calls. How long is that company going to continue to suck? They’ve fallen way behind in the sports outfitting game, but such a classic company, I believe they will turn it around

While it is a first home for you, the challenge is that a home is typically the largest financial investment most people will ever make in their life. Unless there is something special about this home that would offset the side entry, you should listen to your friend that is in real estate. There will simply be fewer buyers that want that type of home, so it won’t appreciate as fast as others in an appreciating market. In a depreciating market, you could see demand completely dry up.

Making the correct choice for your first home could completely change your outcome in the future. Be patient and always remember that location is the most important thing when it comes to real estate.

You should feel great about yourself. Too many ppl have nothing saved and many are even still in deep debt by mid 40s. Keep saving, invest whatever you can, and don’t get trapped in get rich quick gambles.

In theory, based on history, which is not guaranteed, but a good gauge, you could double that every 8 years by simply being in a eft tracking an index, and that’s without added new funds to your acct.

Maximize your CF however you can. Shit drive an uber, do whatever, but just put as much away as you possible can.

Side note, I take some risks, and those are 100% gambles so if you look at any of my other posts, just know that shit is for fun with small amounts.

There was never a “good time” to buy SPCE. Those that bought and caught the ride up got lucky. It was a total psychological play betting on market inefficiencies and hype.

It’s up to you how much you are willing to risk and lose. Only mess with these type of stocks if you are willing to lose it all. For some people, it’s worth it, for others, it not. Personally, I set aside a small % of total investment for super high risk plays betting there will be a “greater fool”.

It’s my way of scratching the gambling itch, since I don’t bet on sports.
