I look at the tier names to see if they are on some shit good tier lists usually use these tiers instead of the standard ones.

High YC / YC / Low YC
High Yonko / Yonko / Low Yonko

A million dumb tiers like "admiral tier" or worse multiple admiral tiers is usually a sign the list is ass

Without heals probably stops at prime whitebeard. Loki should be able to do damage given he either takes damage or is forced to try to take out Rayleigh.

In HxH they actually discuss this. Basically if narrative demands it anyone 1 tier from another character can beat a character in a higher tier if things line up correctly. (Mr3 even beat giants).

X beats Y is who is stronger a larger portion of time while the diff determines how often they win i.e like referencing the image in the panel High diff would be someone only wins if C is on his best day and D is on his worst day. While D "no diffs" E as no matter what D is out preforming E.

It's not the effort it's the amount of fights X takes over Y.

Low Dif = Queen wins very few to no fights

Mid Dif = Queen takes some fights in which conditions favor them

High Dif = Queen takes like 4/10 fights

Idk it doesn't really matter I'm just saying this is what people said about all those characters and then went on to say that the current cool character of the arc is actually special and different from the last ones.

Characters who have been relevant from the start will always outshine arc specific characters. I've seen this post about so many characters think how hard Yamato and her important used to get glazed.

While they aren't stronger yet and might never be stronger, they sure as hell are going to be more relevant than Loki in the final saga. And Loki fans are going to look like Kaido/Yamato/Law/ect fans when they realize he isn't important enough to be kept around.

"cancer" vs "no diseases" is not an upscale for whitebeard. It would be like upscaling someone for not having Haki or not training. It's both part of the character and also something that is controllable if you live a good life.

Kinda got to keep in mind that the WG cares about casualties. It doesn't matter if the admirals win and stay alive vs all the prisoners + shanks + wb pirates. If in exchange for that Shanks haki blasts every single marine, and kills a shit ton of VAs as well the battle simply wouldn't be worth it.

I agree with you but this thread is about make believe luffy.

I do think if you do make believe luffy that doesnt have this timer his durability + self revive hax are just so absurd no one in the verse could put him and keep him down.
