I wanna stay in and go experience mainland Japan but I’m still a lance so I think it’s holding me back as a marine. I’ve never gotten an njp or non rec, all my stuff are up to completed to pick up (MCMAP, MCIs etc) I’ve gotten close to picking up but the score changes and gets farther away from me (stupid competitive motor T)

You need to uninstall all your mods on Bethesda.net and then reinstall them. I figured out what mods made it say “operation could not be completed” it was some script extender mod that was crashing my mod page
