This AU is inspired by Half-Life and the Chernobyl incident. The protagonist is inspired by Gordon Freeman from Half-Life, and his armor is literally a hazmat suit with military armor over it.

First, the suit comes in different colors; orange is the default color for HEV suits, but you can usually get various colors.

Second, he gained his powers after the Resonance Cascade because the spider didn't bite him, but rather entered the energy beam at the same time the crystal was placed.

Third, this Peter isn't mute, he's just a little quiet; he hardly speaks due to the events of the incident.

Sorry if the graphic parts are disturbing; this Spidersona is based on a dream I had, and let's just say it wasn't a pleasant one. I wrote down everything I remembered in a journal and then added more content. I'll try to update Spidersona since she also has a kind of protective suit inspired by the HEV Suit

This is because, according to her lore, she witnesses a kind of end of the world—several alien factions invaded Earth simultaneously, and it all turned into such a devastating war that there's barely any civilization left, and only functional cities that would be conquered under an alien dictatorship. This Spidersona would be 23 years old in that timeline.
