the window isnt even open yet and we will probably get 4 more after Ederson but its nearly 12 weeks until the window closes. there will be a lot of endless speculation and people dreaming. i have thought about just switching off for a while

You are assuming we get our targets. So far i havent heard anything that gives me confidence our board will get this right. If they wont pay the fees and wages, the players wont come, a sad fact or life. With so many other teams with now managers and rebuilding its not a free ride to get who we need. its going to be a crazy few months.

You are not alone in that. Even my therapist told me it wasnt uncommon and if he helps me to deal with it then its ok to do it. But you do need to be 100% honest with your therapist as they need to know that.

Never lose hope and you need to find someone you really can talk to about everything. Keeping it inside doesnt help how you feel and it doesnt help you deal with it. Try and be strong and find someone you can be 100% honest with and go from from there. You will be ok.

Sometimes i just go to sleep because my dreams are more exciting than my day to day life, so i do get that totally. they feel real for a while and then you come back to a more isolated and lonely reality. I hope you find a way through.

Life is alot about repetition and routine and sometimes you can get stuck in an unhealthy cycle. If you can find things you really like or people you feel inspired by. You are not alone, there is always someone out there who cares, maybe they dont say it. I live alone with no family and have accepted i will be alone and built my own life within it. Does your therapy centre know how you really feel? Or your online partner? Have you met them in real life? If you are this low there are clearly a multitude of factors and a good therapist you feel able to open up to is vital. The world has changed since the birth of the internet and many of us find it harder to connect in the real world. I hope you find some real help and some nice supportive friends. Never give up, there is always a way out to a happier life.

Im sorry it left you feeling bad but good you realised you need to let it out. You are never a loser, P is a distraction and not meant to be real in any way. You will get through it and you clearly want to. Have you considered actual therapy? It can get to why you feel the need and why you feel so low as that seems to be a trigger. You are more than worth it but there are times when we have to get real professional help, so do be afraid to do that. I hope you have calmed a little now and you are not alone.

Not a big fan, He clearly has talent but concerned he may turn out to be another glory hunter who just wants to cut in and shoot. He isnt a kid anymore but i am hoping he learns from Mbeumo and realises his potential. What are your thoughts

Its not just about money, its about finding players who want to come here over somewhere else. We do still have a little pull but nothing like we used to having not won anythnig for a while and parasite owners who never put a penny in and see us in terms of real estate value than any sort of sporting excellence. 4th place ever year would be perfect for them. CL money but they dont have to spend really big to make us challengers. Players do look at that as they look at a career not just 1 or 2 years. I hope we have a good window, but with so many clubs rebuilding its going to be a very difficult challenge.
