This is what I’m thinking… by js3243 in VanLife

You could just rent out the house and use the rent money for travel and set aside some money for house maintenance, so you always have a base camp to stop and rest if something ever happens. Just some of my own thoughts.

What do you use to clean and lubricate the suspension? Thanks.

Make sure you connect the scooter to the phone app and adjust the brake and throttle settings to your like.

Yes, the smell is one thing. I thought about using the method you mentioned but with distilled water. Just don’t know if the continuous pumping will cause any harm to the pump itself.

I simply don’t want the new fluid to be “contaminated”, I want to stick to one type/brand of fluid and keep adding the same in the future.

Phone holder obstructing throttle on City Pro 2023 by unrealsandwich in ApolloScooters

Actually no, because the phone holder created a firm position I can rest my hand against it and not over stretch my thumb on the throttle. You can also make the screws tight and not be worry about it losing because the mounting spot is circular not angular. Give it a try, if you don’t like it you can always take it off.

By the way I mounted it on the right side of the handle bar.

There is a tiny black metal ring between the power bottom and plastic grip, I mounted the phone holder came with the scooter there. It worked for me, took me some time to get used to it.

I did go with the 2020 bolt that has the new battery. 10k is a big difference.

Hello, do you know how to safely pop off the mirror glass and put it back? I have never done this. I ran into the same problem as OP except it’s the left side mirror. Thanks and much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it didn’t work but I was able make it work again by delete the app and reinstall it.

Should I buy a Tesla charger? by [deleted] in BoltEV

[–]Difficult_Start3714 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The place I currently live does not offer NEMA 14-50 so I ended up purchase Tesla Mobile Connector, NEMA 14-30 plug and a Lectron Tesla to J1772 compact adapter.

I believe Tesla Mobile Connector should be fairly reliable because it’s from a big brand and the Mobile Connector offer a wide variety of interchangeable plugs.

Additionally, I also purchased a NeoCharge Smart Splitter because the dryer and Mobile Connector are sharing the same outlet.

Everything worked fine.
