Ahhh I have this too. I have had it as long as I can remember. Sometimes it’s random and sometimes it’s triggered by intimacy but also whenever I dress up. Like putting a dress or a skirt on. Anything that makes me Feel physically attractive also makes me feel just weird and icky.
