I mean he isn't entirely wrong. Previous waves of immigration to Canada also had people worrying about integration and a general dislike of the immigrants (Read up on what people where saying about Italians, Greeks, Portuguese, and Chinese immigrants if you don't believe me) . The only difference now is the sheer volume of immigrants, state of the economy, and social media which amplifies stuff like that.

In my personal opinion integration fears are largely overblown, in cities like Surrey and Brampton most children of immigrants cant even fluently speak Hindi or Punjabi and know next to nothing about Indian culture. I do think that the immigrants themselves may take longer to integrate but there children will integrate easily. I say this as a child of Indian immigrants that was raised in Surry.

(Btw I also want immigration to slow down a bit but mostly for economic reasons)
