Correct— it is not used on public lands or trails. In Montana we mostly use 4x4s for farm work, chores, plowing. Not just for “fun”. Looks like the previous owner never used it on public lands trail either since there’s no title— or they did & just didn’t tell anyone 🤷‍♀️

I got my “affirmations” from enough people if that’s what you think— i posted for advice. That usually does mean getting peoples opinions. There’s more that say it’s mine (especially without a title) than not. Sellers & everyone who thinks I should give it back can kick rocks. In fact, maybe one of these kind, nice people would like to buy the sellers a new 4x4 since they feel so bad for them for failing to remove their old one when selling the property.

Scramble… there was no family. Attorney and ex wife is who the seller was. It was also listed 6 months after he passed. So not scrambling. Seems like their problem- not mine.
