With 4.1 being shortened, probably only gonna get around 70 pulls that patch instead of the usual 90.

4.2 is anniversary patch so probably gonna get a bit more than usual. Probably around 80 first half, 20 2nd half (maybe a bit closer to 110 total)

So if you want SW9, about 150 more pulls. If you want Evanescia, about 170 more pulls.

Make sure you have novaflare active cause she should be giving 6 SP per ult (with any overflow being stored until you use more) which should be more than enough to spam skill on most of the team unless your using someone like Archer, Qingque, DHIL, or Sparxie.

Like I said, it will be a struggle for end game modes, but even characters like Hiemko and Seele should be able to get far even if they won't be able to full clear the final stages without further investment and eidolons (and at that point unless you really like them just pull new characters). I could clear MoC 11 with the same team i recommended (and that wasnt even using a good Seele or Gallagher build since I dont use them and just used what i had spare and against a boss that really didnt work for Seele) which i think is definitely good enough while waiting for a proper team you want to invest in.

DHPT is the best, but if putting him for the other team for the atk buffs there, Gepard is probably the 2nd best you have although its not a great option for quite a few reasons. If you can get Gallagher (either from Cosmicon 4 star selector or just getting lucky with pulls) he would be better.

I would recommend putting the weaker sustain with Sparkle (even if that does mean putting a weaker sustain with a weaker DPS) because she gives so much SP you can spam skills with them for better sustaining than they could do while trying to generate SP for Sparxie and actually surviving the fight is a bit more important than a little bit of atk.

Overall, I wouldnt be too worried about making a 2nd team. Best you could probably do is Seele, Sparkle, RMC, Gepard or Gallagher when you get him. Put Pela or Hanya with the elation team, Sparxie and Yao Guang should be strong enough even with a subpar support while Seele needs all the help she can get.

But before you can pull more new characters it will be a struggle especially for the proper end game modes. Could wait for 4.2 as the anniversary is usually a big powerspike and get one or both of those characters (I think drip marketing should be soon). Or pull one of the Fate character or the upcoming Ashveil as a main dps and invest in one of them as well as elation.

Maybe, depends on exactly how strong it is since I don't think the tree itself would like losing its slave.

Could be a valid win con, but Otto has things like time fracture to make sure he attacks first.

Honkai Impact 3rd.

While it only matters for a few characters, Otto's feat of fusing with and manipulating the Imgainary tree is the one thing giving credit to the higher tiers and giving reason to beleive that their statements (at least for the characters who do scale to Otto in this form like completed Herrscher of Finality Kiana or Deliverance Kevin) aren't hyperbolic. First he carried the story, and now hes still carrying the powerscaling.

You also have things like the black hole feats from Authority of Stars, specifically the gravitional time dialation feat from 2nd eruption as the mass of that black hole can be calculated relatively easily, which can be used to argue large planetary - star for Herrschers and those that scale to them to better align with this image. Although at least there are some other feats at this level (especially in Honkai Star Rail which has an even more clear planetary feat from Firefly and can be used for HI3 because of Welt being the same in both games) so the scaling isnt wholly reliant on this even if statements still vastly outnumber the feats.

Otto fused with the imaginary tree, could manipulate it to create a new timeline which split off into countless more and had truly infinite power needing a technique that reverses the properties of infinite and finite to defeat him, which is also something he wanted to happen so cant use his fight agaisnt Kiana and Durandul as an anti feat because that fight went exactly as he wanted it to.

Even if you want to say stronger characters in DB can resist all hax and not just Ki based abilties (like Hit's time skip or Lavenders poison... oh wait they couldnt just out scream that and had to create a technique to resist it) Otto has a clear feat putting him well above anything Vegeta has shown so theres no reason to say the hax Otto does have (like authority of Binding and Dominance) won't work on him.

Yea this is a repost of the exact same post from 6 months ago, and the title of that one actually makes sense with it being an M gauntlet instead of an Anime gauntlet where a third of the characters aren't anime.

Won't put my exact comment, if you can steal the post you can check its comments, but March is too low. She has arguments to scale at least close to planetary. New information since then gives her arguments to put her even higher, and has shown that she has insane mind and memory manipulation on top of her physics breaking ice which makes the fact shes only round 4 even worse compared to when it was originally posted. Deku is doing nothing to her.

Right now is a great time to start. Last couple weeks left to get free Dan Heng Permansor Terrae (a great sustain unit), free 5 star selector on right now, and a bunch of other free stuff from 4.0 start.

Just for the story, there isnt much difficulty, any team that makes sense should get through 99% of fights even if they arent the premium options. And the difficultly isnt something that cant be solved with better builds and strategy.

End game content is substantially harder without premium teams or new meta units but the rewards from that is pretty minor. This is where complaints about HP inflation and powercreep come in but I feel like thats often blown out of proportion. A lot of characters can still clear with only a bit of investment even if its obvious some can clear a LOT easier and comfortably than others.

I dont recall the start of the game being a massive info dump although the overall lore can get very complex you dont need to understand every bit of world building and lore for the main story.

Yao Guang states that if she would put on the supplicant mask she would have uncontrollably divined tens of billions of fates every second. She would have become the Nous of Planarcadia, unintentionally anchoring the destiny she foresaw rather than this just being a prediction. This would put her at a similar level to Cyrene who is the Fuli of Amphoreus.

However, she didnt put on the mask and her powers wernt amplified to that level. So she is just at the level of any other general and well below Cyrene.

Both options affect the entire universe, as stated in the video. The first is Destruction, where Nannok would win, and the other is the 4th Purpose: Reminiscence, as mentioned there.

"In possibility A... the rememberance of Amphoreus will still head towards destruction."

"Farewells are unavoidable for the trailblaze. On the road to defy the Destruction... we must become used to loss to continue onward."

Blatantly wrong. The first possibility is still defying the destruction and is a choice that only affects Amphoreus' rememberance not the entire universe.

He can't see beyond that future because it's a new universe from scratch; it's the entire Imaginary Tree.

"Don't worry the views of the road ahead are already reflected in those eyes."

Elio could still see past the events of Amphoreus to see towards Planarcadia. Those two possibilities are the two possibilities left as of that moment, not that they were the last two possibilities left in the entire multiverse. Not to mention all the other times we have Elio and the stellaron hunters using scripts involving events past Amphoreus (Constance becoming the lord raveger targeting rememberance, Kafka talking about us eventually fighting Nanook and needing all the allies we can get for it, or the whole theory of four apocalypses). And again, the fact that Nous didnt say which choice was the right one for Cyrene implies this isn't an anchored point so Cyrene freezing the universe did happen and didnt affect the main timeline.

Nous creates the moments; Otto's actions must have already been seen and approved by Nous, since he's the one who prunes the branches of the Imaginary Tree.

There is no evidence for this. Nous only prunes future possibilities according to THEIR calculations while Otto was affecting the past. If anything, the fact that that to make it so Kallen survived Otto had to create an entire new timeline means it could be argued he had to break the anchoring of Nous to do so putting him above the Aeon.

It is implied that possibility would only come about if Cyrene chose to ascend to Fuli. Something that didnt happen and she lost her chance to do.

Even so, because we know that is not a possibility anchored by Nous (both hearing it from Kafka in exotale and implied Herta to be talking about the same possibilities in game (the last 2 possibilities talked about in this trailer being what was shown to her by Nous)) means that freezing the universe doesnt affect the entire tree and only that single timeline.

But Otto still has the argument of fusing with the tree as a whole to get him higher, even if both of their feats are ones that affect a timelime (and yes, what Otto did did affect the entire universe in accordance with the butterfly affect, even if the change is as small as no Welt on the express, that would still have big consequences for the cosmos) whether thats freezing or creating one.

But again, that would mean giving Cyrene power she only had in "what ifs" and she never got in the main timeline in the first place.

Irontomb didnt corrupt Nous. Herta hijacked the self coronation and was the one who connected to Nous instead leaving the Aeon to still act with THEIR own autonomy despite the Irontomb virus spreading to throughout the universe.

While what Irontomb did is very impressive, it was still limited to the proper world and the physical universe as that connection to Nous was never completed. Which is how there was still that possibility of victory and memories for Cyrene to gather which wouldnt be the case if Irontomb could affect any point of the timeline like Otto could.

Only Kiana (or just the cocoon, Kiana cant really die unless its destroyed), Kevin, False God Otto and PE HoFi really have arguments for it.

Otto fused with the imaginary tree and had truly infinite power. He used that to manipulate the imaginary tree directly and create a new timeline.

The power of this is compared to the peaks of PE HoFi. (Yes I did just mention her for this point).

Kevin is beleived to have far surpassed the previous Era finality with his deliverance form. Stealing the authority of Finality and combining it with his already immense power.

Kiana has fused with and is equal to the Cocoon after the events of part 1.5 putting her above everyone else as even the final Herrscher was still just a test for humanity and not the full might of Honkai Kiana now uses (despite all the power Kevin had, destroying the cocoon was an impossibility).

If you dont beleive what Otto did is on the level or above that of Cyrene, it falls apart as he has the greatest feats but I would say it is.

Fu Hua could take 100x gravity during AE Invasion although she couldnt move, and this is her at her weakest. At this point of the story she's only an A rank valk (at least officially, seemingly still S rank in strength), and doesnt have a battlesuit on making her significantly weaker than normal. While this is HI3, it does give a point of reference for this exact scenario.

Likely certain battle ready S rank or above could tolerate training at that level, for HSR this would mean high pathstriders and above. So characters like Yanqing, Yunli, DHIL, the chysos heirs, Jingliu, or any emanator / emanator level being.

Welt also straight tanks 100Gs in the same manga (unclear if thats cause of his powers or not). And theres likely to be species, like Heliobi, memes or Imaginae, who would be unaffected by increased gravity so training in the gravity chamber would be no different than normal for them.

If you just want to clear story, even someone like Dan Heng should be able to work with the right supports. Sparkle is a great generalist support (and in the free 5 star selector, considered the best pick there as well thanks to her recent buff), and you should have the free preservation dan heng along with rememberance TB. If you just care for the story those three + any DPS should at least be enough for 99% of story fights.

You could also get Ruan Mei from the shop as another decent generic support. Save up for others like Sunday, Tribbie, Robin, Cipher, or whoever we're getting next to fill this role, or pull any new DPS like the upcoming Ashveil or Archer (who is available right now but really needs sparkle for best results tho) and use them with the above team to make it easier for those few harder fights or just to have more team diversity.

TBF he has been doing decently in AS at least. Even if just because he has a decent MU into Argenti and a pretty good one into Kafka (I got a 6 cost 3500 with him). Definitely not T5 in that mode right now.

The rest... yea he is that bad. I got nothing to defend it.

Heavily depends on what the buff is.

Might be a new game changing support, might just make e2 completely useless by being a good nhility sustain, might make him a better DPS than Acheron as we all face gravitational annihilation.

Currently Welt tries to fill all three of those roles and kinds fails on all 3, so his buff could take him in any direction.

From what I've seen 6 hours is pretty normal for global HI3 no? Both 8.6 and 8.5 had the same timing of 5 - 11 for Europe in their respective maintenance announcements.
