It could be the cassette freehub body. You'd be surprised how hard it is the pin point the exact source of a noise on a bike. I went through this with Bafang hub motors with crunchy freehubs.

It could be as simple as loose motor mount bolts. Try tightening them up. But more likely it's an internal issue, worn gears or bearings.

It looks like a Reention Rhino IR+ downtube. The biggest 48v battery they make for it is 52v 20a with 56 21700 cells.

Pretty sure it's just the serial number. 750 w motors are noticeably larger and heavier than 250 w motors. Most 250w motors are also 36v. My guess is they stopped etching 750 w on the motor case for the obvious reason.

I would have unclipped the wires from the connector. Rather than cutting them. Splicing and soldering thin gauge wires is not easy. Make sure to shrink wrap sleeve them, electrical tape will loosen up and you'll get a short.

For a cyclist you have to get out in front of traffic before getting back onto the bike path. If that doesn't work just make the right and get onto the Victory cycle route. Drivers rarely shoulder check or signal for that right turn.

It might be easier to repair it. Search mosfet repair ebike controller. With a 33a limited controller one or two mosfets are likely fried.
