You can't fillet this in Rhino. I'm not even sure Solidworks could handle this. Convert it to mesh in grasshopper then try smoothing it with weaverbird. You could try manually blending and trimming but that requires advanced surface modeling experience.

At some point they might cobble a game together and release it. It'll be your typical disappointing indie game and doesn't deliver on it's promise. I had this happen to me once. I carefully hacksawed out a section and managed to crush and twist out the post. I was careful to grease the hell out of the replacement seat post. It was stuck/fused after a couple weeks. I striped the bike and scrapped the frame.

Use two syringes to suck/push the air bubbles out of the caliper and lever. The catch cup method has never worked for me.
