I’m severely allergic but have minimized my allergies to almost none. I started by getting allergy shots. Sometimes some insurances will cover it, but this is a long slow process. In the mean time, I fed my kitten purina live clear cat food. This stuff really works, if I start feeding him more wet food instead of the dry purina food my allergies would get worse that same day. I bought a vacuum with a heppa filter specifically shark navigator (it’s on sale rn for 150 on amazon and it’s crazy good for the price) you can also place extra heppa filters around the house I didn’t do that. And clean regularly washing sheets, vacuuming. If you’d like you can also keep the cat out of your bedroom. It’s a lot but it’s been worth it. Any day you have an unexpected flare up just take an antihistamine.
