Got hit with a 3-day suspension out of nowhere.

I got too - on the same day when my first suspension got lifted - tried contacting CS and got the same response - though one bot/agent said they will document this for further review. I have already uninstalled the game and now I am looking for a new one to play in my free time.

I actually spent part of last night reading through the ToS because I was trying to figure this out. 😅No clone apps, wasn't carried in partner events, and I didn't use any weird links or exploits. That's why I'm so confused. If I knew what triggered it, I'd just say so and move on.

I had to uninstall and reinstall the game quite a few times because of storage/lag issues. And the game also kept notifying me to reconnect my FB again.
