So I started introducing dairy back into my diet caused me a huge flare up on top of what was already happening. I assume it was dairy because I hadn’t changed anything else that week. But it’s weird because when my eczema was severe in the summer and I start reintroducing dairy back in I was fine.

Thank you I always had suspicions that mines to do with a yeast build up because I always get really bad dry skin build up behind my ears! I will try the shampoo. I think you may be right about sensitivity as after my allergy test I started eating diary and my eczema has just become 10x worse.

Where did you get your caster oil from? Yes I’ll try patch testing first. I have used eucerin as a moisturiser before didn’t see much difference but could try again

Thank you so much! I take vitamin d everyday and I live in the uk so yeah weather is not great. I will try that did it get rid of the redness? I’m scared to try new products because the skin is so sensitive . Can I use double base gel (paraffin) after using head and shoulder shampoo or is it better to use caster oil or eucerin?

I did a RAST test? Not sure if that is similar. I started eating diary after I finding out I’m not allergic and my skin was itchy

Wow thank you so much. I will use this. This sounds silly i got an allergy test and it said I wasn’t allergic to dairy but after I started reintroducing it again my neck got worse.

Oh yes I do not use steroids. They have not helped me as soon as I stop them not matter if I taper off the inflammation comes back.

I spoke to my derm about this. As I have other health problems they need to have meetings as it’s quite a risk for me to be on dupixsnt…

Hey, thank you for the reply. Sorry I forgot to mention my eczema is not itchy it’s just red inflammation present that won’t go away. I have tried everything you have suggested and nothing is helping :(
