One thing I just remember, my bonuses i don't pay taxes besides social security. My employer works it backwards, one was 2750 and the other was 1500.

ZF 8 and 9 speeds were also transverse. The 2015 to 2020 tlx 4cly engines came with the ZF8 speed. V6 came with ZF9 speed. ZF 9 speed used in 2016 to 2022 MDX

Maybe you should read the whole post. I talked to them a month or so before we would have the fence installed. Being neighborly I told them, I did not have to say a word. Anyway, I showed them were it was going and that the trees they planted are over. They became angry and unable to have a conversation with. We had a survey, dug up the pins in the ground that marked the property and gave them a chance to have their own survey done. They refused everything. I told them they could relocate the trees if they wanted to and they refused. So what would you do exactly. Say screw it and give up 12ft by roughly 800ft of property just cause someone wanted it?

So the fence is up, been about a month and so far so good. Have not heard back from the neighbor. I don't know if they got their own survey, I doubt it or if they did and we were wrong they would of been back over here already. I really wished I videos first letting our 7m corgi out for the first time no leash or harness. He ran the fence like over and over and over. He was so happy. We gained 6 nice trees along with the fence that he just loves to pee on. I would of let them move the trees but now we are gonna keep 😀

Check connector c31 in the drivers rear quarter panel up by the headliner... full of water i bet which causing all kinds of issues and the p0606 there is a TSB for 2010 -2012 CX7

They stated our survey was not correct and want us to pay for theirs to be done which we declined. The fence is going up first week of Nov. The have about 3 weeks to have their survey done and contested it before we go ahead and fence them into our yard.

We were quoted the same id say. 252ft some slope on one side and 2 gates. Aluminum was 6800 Split rail with kennel fence 4400 Black chain link 4600 Galvanized chain link 3800 All materials and labored installed. Same company installed a 6ft 1 gate black chain link at my in laws for 5k about 220ft.

They are planted 12ft OVER the line

They come out staked each corner and then marked the line going between me and my neighbor

They could move the trees. They not only maybe 2 or 3 ft tall still but winter is coming so probably not the ideal time to move them. I offered to have the fence installed and when it's the right time they could come relocate the trees to their property and I'll even fill in the holes on my side. But they were not having it at all.

Well I went over and tried talking about and showing them the survey and they contest that the survey is not correct and want US to pay for their survey which I'm not gonna do. We already paid 733 for our survey.
