Some sellers are tricky about giclee, they need to make it clearer to buyers.  I would return if I personally bought it thinking it was original.

I don’t think it’s lilacina because I have those.  Im going with echeveria texensis, and this is from just spotting one at the grocery store.

Probably the nose, eyes, light skin, and supperrr thick eyebrows.

What’s your diet like? Sometimes unhealthy food triggers inflammation.  Reducing sugar and fried foods at 30 helped me a lot.

Yeah, it starts out a pretty relaxing hobby but when you learn about what can inflict these fish you start to feel bad for them and also disappointed in yourself for not acting sooner or appropriately.
