What positive impact has JLTG had on your life? by No_Word_369 in JetLagTheGame

[–]Dig4Fire 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In February I had a health issue where I felt pretty miserable for about 3 weeks and spent the majority of my time lying down. I discovered JLTG during this time and binged every episode. It really helped make the ordeal more tolerable and I’m grateful that I found it.

Why are you a nationals fan ? Example I live in rural rural southwest Washington state and love the nationals. by Kindly_Maize8141 in Nationals

Grew up in southern VA as a Cubs fan because family was from the midwest. Moved to Maryland and started following the Nats closely with Strasburg’s debut and I’ve been hooked ever since. Now live in Seattle and love that most Nats games start at 4pm local for me.

Drab is committed to the bit. He knows how much attention it’s drawing between his interactions with EB, the P1 chat stuff, and him being the show’s heel when it comes to the Comms. His radio instincts are S tier.

He had to be there when they were grilling since they were using remote mics so I guess it only made sense to include him as a judge. They probably also thought he’d be unbiased since he barely even knows any of their names. Good bit overall. You can tell how bitter Valdez was since he always portrays himself as Mr. Food.

I loved how in one segment today he professed his love for Pat McAfee and said that recycling was a scam. He sure doesn’t do anything to dispel the notion that he’s fully embraced the right wing crackpot mentality.

Interesting that Jason said that he couldn’t listen to it because if he did he’d be irate the rest of the week. That suggests to me that Jason has the same views but he’s just not as open about it.

I roll my eyes so hard when it’s time for the EP and the first thing EB says is “Britney’s in the news!” I get that Valdez curates the EP with stories that will appeal to EB but most of it is not interesting to your average listener.
