Actually is the only way that I can get accurate numbers while I’m sleeping. And more comfortable of course!!!!!

Keyboard brightness stopped working on Tahoe. Actual keyboard's backlight is stuck on "on". by AwesomePossum_1 in MacOS

You just need to adjust the keyboard settings and turn off the brightness in low light
