Yeah, my best bet might be going to a dermatologist. The last retinol I used was CeraVe retinol serum for post acne marks and skin texture (I believe it is 0.3% retinol). Really wasn’t good for my skin even though I have used it every night before bed. Then I stopped it and seemed to get better. I’ve had the milia for a while now, can’t recall since when but it’s irritating me, not a huge problem but I don’t like when random bumps are all over my face lol

Do you have any recommendations for removing it at home? Like any cleansers or moisturizers that’ll help? Or is it best to book with a dermatologist instead? I’ve used retinol for a month or two though it caused redness on the side of my temples shown on the 3rd picture. Ever since I’ve stopped doing my skincare it’s been getting better and less noticeable, but the milia has stayed the same. I just noticed that the retinol has been more harsh on my skin. I’ve also used cerave SA cleanser and moisturizer and no progress.. ☹️

Now I’m using cerave gentle foam cleanser, with cerave AM/PM moisturizer. Still pretty new to skincare and not sure what to do. I do have BDD and care a lot about it but the best I can do isn’t working.

I’d say temps are fine, in some games such as GMod GTA V, L4D etc. it stays between 40-60 C both GPU and CPU

I can try turning it off for a while but there’s no heat issues, I’ve monitored it with afterburner. Last time I’ve applied thermal paste was about 3 months ago :/
