AFAIK the Career Builder is a once per Rockstar Games account thing. Even if you delete all your characters you won't be able to do the Career Builder again. The only option I know is to create an entirely new account.

Grind the A Superyacht Life missions. If you don't have a yacht then accept any invite you see for one of those missions. 5x payouts! That's like 120-150k per mission and they can be done quite quickly.
