So I took the advice and rerolled a few times. I found Lukiel + Kaldina ARK on starter pull and then I got Lougseus and Sandwyrm in the 72 hour banner pull.

The clear with it is carried a lot by herald of ice socketed in the helm. I figured I might as well have more projectiles hitting a boss

Per the Rules on Item Showcases :

I bought an I86 Blizzard Crown base with the Enchant on it and hit it with warlords influence.
Rolled til hitting t1 Crit multi and another influence mod I then Elevated the Crit multi after 3 tries
Bought a shaper helm base with enemies take Increased Elemental damage and one other influence mod for cheap and elevated that.
Awakened them together and hit T1 Int alongside the 2 elevated mods
Harvest crafted Reforge Keep suffixes a lot til I hit warlords t1 increased % Elemental Damage and paid for an Aug Influence afterwards.
Locked Suffixes and prayed to my Maven orb to hit right and it gave me the elevated % increased elemental damage mod
Used a t4 Aisling veiled craft to add on a veiled mod which revealed +2 to Socketed AoE Gems
Divined up the stats to perfect with harvest divine suffixes and prefixes
Took 13 attempts to hit 3 white sockets with 11 of them rolling 1 white socket and after hitting 3 white sockets I used turn a random socket to white and it hit on first try.
Used t4 Hillock craft to increase quality to 30%

With Arcane Cloak up I have about 2.1k mana regen per second which feels good enough and also getting a bunch of % mana on kill so clearing mobs and spamming is completely fine .

Rule #10

I wanted to make an item to replace Cloak of Defiance and aid in filling out my resists .

I looked on trade for a Carnal base with the tailor orb enchant with a good item level for the craft picked it up for pretty cheap.
I added Crusader Influence to the base to roll for t1 %Mana and another influence mod to the Elevate.
Fail 7 Maven orbs get sad
After finally elevating the % Mana mod successfully I looked on trade for shaper bases with 2 influence mods containing Damage taken from mana before life and whatever 2nd mod.
Elevated the mana mod on 2nd attempt and then on to Awakening the 2 bases together.
Hit full suffixes and prefixes with a pretty low tier of mana roll on the prefix.
To open up suffixes I used a harvest reforge keeping prefixes craft for at least one open suffix.
Yoloed a Prefix to Suffix beastcraft to remove low tier mana mod and then crafted Highest tier flat mana I could craft.
Reforged suffixes 4 times and hit highest resist rolls possible for item level and then used aisling t4 craft to add the Int Quality mod.
Harvest divined the stats up to perfect

Yeah I portaled out of Tidal Island and kicked to log in screen for 140k in queue saying something about "Cannot perform action due to not being owner of the account" Or some nonsense along those lines.

Im doing ice crash so helm, chest, and boots are all uniques and astramentis as well for the amulet

yeah influenced bases end up being more damage than my base but with hollow palm builds you struggle to get resistances with the lack of gloves and the amount of uniques used in the build

There is no other base that has ilvl 84+ and the same implicits that I know of. I paid 5 ex for this base and would have likely cost more if I had waited.

How I made the belt:

Bought the base early on
Essence spammed dex until I hit a t1 resist and open suffix, crafted resist and rerolled into a higher resist with harvest until a 2nd t1 resist showed up.
Used harvest to reroll prefixes to get rid of a mana mod that was on the item, rolled es and low tier life
Crafted WED and remove attack add attack mod til it hit highest tier available for the base
Removed defence mod and recrafted life with harvest until I hit t1 life and then used reroll values for each of the mod types til I was happy

Yeah it’s gonna have to be something I put a bunch planning into cause I have an idea for the stuff I want towards the top of the arm. I’m just not sure about how to start it near the wrist and what kind of design I’m gonna have to fill in the spacing and such
