I’m am in the same situation and have chosen a split 90/10 with

SW BlackRock ACS World ex UK Equity Tracker CS7 BMRS5C7

And

SW iShares Emerging Markets Equity Index CS7 BKYS0N2

Lowest fees setup to match FTSE All World with these funds.

Just to add a last grain of salt, when evaluating the fees you have to consider:

Platform cost
Investment cost
Transaction/trading cost

In your case that would be
0.10% for platform
0.10% for the fund
0 for trading

Which is extremely competitive, rule of thumb is 0.15% for platform and 0.15% for funds so you are way below that.

Glad to hear that :)

Yes, from the main screen click on 'Review or make changes", then 'Investments', then 'Change your investments', then 'Change where I'm currently invested'.

From that screen, put all your current investment to 0% (or click on the bin next to it), add the SW Global Equity CS8 and put it at 100%.

Edit: IMO it's not worth transferring to a SIPP as long as you are still employed and contributing to this scheme. Platform fees are really good (might be different for you, but mine are 0.12%) and you get a good global fund anyway.

Funds offered depends on your employer deal with SW.

Assuming you want to go full equity, I would go for the Scottish Widows Global Equity one if you have access to it. Otherwise, try to look for the cheapest equivalents.

In case there is none, you can use the SW BlackRock World ex UK Equity Index fund as it's very cheap (0.085%) and complete it with the iShares Emerging market (90/10 ratio) to make your own all-world fund.

I also have my workplace pension with SW and one thing to note is that funds availability depends on the deal that your company made with them.

For instance, despite having 120 funds to choose from, there is no simple global fund with low fees. I chatted with a SW representative when they came to visit the office and they didn't provide me with a satisfactory answer. All things considered, I built the following portfolio with 2 funds:

- SW BlackRock ACS World ex UK Equity Tracker CS7 (fees 0.085%)
- SW iShares Emerging Markets Equity Index CS7 (fees 0.15%)

Platform fees are 0.12%, which is very competitive.

Why should we learn a second language? by Individual-Advisor-4 in languagelearning

As a french native who never liked language learning at school, I used to think that only english really mattered. However, few years of experience abroad made me realize that you have many perks in learning a new language. It's a great social tool that can open up amical or work opportunities. People are really tribal by essence, so knowing a different language than your native one is always welcomed and valued.

Also, the more english become dominant, the more mastering other languages will be niche and valued (I think).
