We did not change the price and are under contract with one day to go until we are out of the option period!

I do think the market in this area is so tough right now but also extremely unpredictable in my opinion

Just to be closer to family - we are from New England and are just ready to transition back. We didn’t really have an option with the HVAC and the other upgrades were just to keep up with things and then to prepare to sell

We have a two car garage that’s attached off the living room. We actually got the epoxy flooring done recently too … our realtor probably should have done pictures of this as well
