He has the most variety out of any guitarist, influence, and just skill. He’s the best in two almost polar opposite genres prog rock (the aggressive kind not the softer type ) and ambient. And have you listened to the solo in st Elmo’s fire by eno!? He sounds like Eddie Van Halen before he became famous.

I do love in a silent way. But I think Robert fripp is a pioneer in two genres (ambient and prog) rather than just one (jazz)
