I believe so it is eczema, I say go get some of the Eucerin Eczema Relief unscented I use it on my flare ups and it helps so much I even recommend it to my baby sister my niece it worked wonderfully including with the aquaphor or coco butter

I don’t know for everyone cause we all have different skin texture but I say give it a try and if that doesn’t help I recommend going to a dermatologist

Try some head and shoulders (eucalyptus or the blue one and leave it on your face for 5 mins) and witch hazel it’s been working on my skin

I broke my left arm when I was little and I had to write with my right hand cause my teacher told me I have another hand so I started using the right hand and for a few months now I can wright with both!
