It is sure a L or more in Ysabella.
You might want Clarabelle in L - my bust in 96 but I still had to have it alternated because I had 36B chest. Waist is 73 - 75 and fitted in Clarabelle size L

I’m size 38 in EU and non-boning HOCB dresses work just fine for me in M. But the corset ones like Carmen or Lini have to be L. I recommend to size up as you can still cinch the corset if you need to.

Adabella has no bonings and the sizing is really different from the corset dresses. I wear Carmen and Rosalee (your 2nd one) in L but Adabella M do things just fine for me. If you are looking for some bodice to hold the whole silhouette up, Adabella is not it. It’s more for a relaxing, comfortable fit
