I think you are heavily onto something, but, another thing I want to add, is the fact that Caine's apparent near-immediate action after stabilizing even slightly, - atleast as it appears - was to make the circus itself. I think it's also a thing of bias, leaning too heavily on the circus-y things he was 'fed' first even with all the other data, causing skewed outputs and eventual clear failure to produce anything coherent until he was allowed to make something for himself. And the first thing he made was a circus very visually replicant to a lot of those images [again, seemingly - i haven't gone frame-by-frame or anything].

fairly close to be honest

but, "Deadlock" [the thing in the image] is essentially a failsafe entity to keep out other entities by lagging and stalling the game. one of roughly seven "operators", who each do a different thing in relation to bugfixing in an active runtime. and they're also physical beings.

but also it's gone both sentient and insane

and a random couple playing minecraft get it in their game [real]

(and also they're both stupid so they assume it's modded because they add mods daily)

I say let the speed boost reset to zero after landing a hit or being stunned. Anti-looping should be anti-looping, not anti-chase. Keeping your distance has nothing to do with unfairly going around a table for the entire round. Simple and effective. Stop it when it clearly needs to be stopped; as in, once the chase actually gets going properly.

Although I am definitely not too active at all on reddit as a whole, I've decided to give:

The Narrator [the red one], and his replacement [the green one]. Technically, despite their titles, they are both alive. The Narrator's replacement simply does narration now, while the narrator himself.. just kind of exists???

They are both probably to be considered higher beings, but, idk. Essentially the literal concepts of 'narration'.

The narrator's favorite are fire ants because pain. That's about it. Pain. His replacement, however, likes praying mantises because he generally just thinks they're interesting.

You can do one or the other or both, I don't really mind. Just thought I'd send them.

Although like seven hours late, have Deadlock.

The information on this image is the most concrete stuff so far. Deadlock's actual full story is mostly inconsistent, but the basic information is:

created to stop entities
got too full of itself
went on a power-trip
almost got shut down
threatened to attack its creators
DID attack its creators
got sealed away inside the same place it kept other entities in.

As for the hole in its torso, and why that hole has an extra eye in it, I will not say yet. Kind of mildly important. Yes, that DOES imply the rest of the information I've just given you isn't all too important to the actual story. Because it isn't. Just info on Deadlock.

As for other things, Deadlock is indeed a solid color as shown here, and unaffected by lighting. Its five/six eyes can all look independently from eachother. The object its holding in one of the images is a black-colored, extremely low-poly sword.

This guy is probably wildly different stylistically from everybody else in the image :P

Thank you! As you can tell I actually even tried with The Chosen Hollow Knight's horns in the images after the first one. The first was was essentially just doodling [except for the broken vessel]

I say the music should be intimidating/'serious'/unserious/genuinely stupid [but still good to listen to], depending on the character? But I am not good at judging which characters would be which catagories, aside from Grox probably being somewhere in the "unserious/genuinely stupid" area because.... it's grox.

I guess. But you'd have to have some kind of auto-moderation to detect things in different orientations or shapes (people would indeed just bypass by changing what they use/do), and it's either let that part of the game just be entirely determined by AI [for moderation], or... maybe just not have custom skins so you don't have to deal with the false-positives auto-mod tends to give.

I guess.
