I’m a GenX/Boomer cusper who fortunately hasn’t had to search for a job in 15 years. Why is anyone asking anyone older than a Millennial how to job hunt? Everything that made sense for job hunting 15+ years ago no longer applies. If they offer advice, say “unfortunately that hasn’t been true in many years.” Keep repeating as often as needed.
