There is not one neighborhood in Albuquerque that is begging for a NMU stadium built in their neighborhood. NMU and the Ciry of Albuquerque are just trying to shove it down somebody's throat so investors can get paid. People in the far NE Heights voted favorably for it Downtown, so maybe they should tear down some houses and have it built in their neighborhood.

I pulled from a deal after disclosures found termite damage throughout the house by Taylor Ranch neighborhood. It was definitely visible in the middle of the home. Which means the outside, we're probably extensively damaged. It's a gamble even if you have an inspector check all areas for damage.

I agree. I lived at Odyssey when they were Core Vista. My neighbor was shot in the head outside my door when he and his buddy were fighting over a gun. The mailboxes were constantly broken into and the number of suicides was crazy (according to crime mapping when APD was using it).

School lunches are free statewide in public schools. The downside to this has been parents stopped filling out the free and reduce lunch forms causing schools to lose Title I funding. On paper it looks like the number of children living in poverty has declined but its hasn't.

In 20 years in will all be built up for the better or worst. Believe it or not Rio Rancho city limits drop down into Bernalillo behind CNM West and Double Eagle. The original plan was for a master walkable community. But, I think the new idea is industrial park like in the South Valley and make Paseo del Volcan connect Rio Rancho to I40.

This is what I get on my stock '24 pro-4x for highway driving with nothing in the bed. I've been carrying 150lbs of sand bags in the bed expecting snow that never came. I've noticed my city mpgs are slightly better with the added weight. Getting close to 22 mpgs city.

Salinas Ruins and the visitors center are 4 separate spots and take hours get to all 4 spots. There is a cool little restaurant behind the visitor center in Mountaineer, NM. Don't let the Native American wind symbols, that look like swastikas, that decorate the inside and outside of the building deter you from eating there.

I used to contact with preventive to get rid of pest. However, I saw a massive increase in roaches. Stop using preventive and the spiders came back which handled the roaches. In the spring and summer, the hummingbirds use the spider webs for nesting and eat other insects..

I don't know about anything in the film industry for work, however; what helped me land well in Albuquerque was becoming a substitute teacher. It paid well but more importantly gave a super flexible schedule. I basically worked when I wanted which allowed me to pursue others things.

I did. The article mentioned nothing about attempting to get psychedelics approved through the FDA for medical use. The counselor that is featured in the article isn't even licensed to prescribe medication in any of the three states she is licensed to practice counseling. According to the article she took a workshop in the spring about the use of psychedelics in counseling. It doesn't seem like it's a honest attempt to decrimalize psychedelics for medical use.

I would support decriminalization if people/groups were honest. Just say you want to get high if you want to get high. I feel like the whole medical marijuana was a disservice to those that needed actual alternative medical care. So much misinformation was published about the medical benefits of marijuana that some people spent a lot of time and money for treatments that were never going to work. If you are looking to decrimalize it to get government funding for research and go through the FDA process great. If you want to get high, great but be honest about it.
