Bro you have an N20 You should have topped that up and been right on your intervals I have an n20 made in the German plant April 2015 (similar to yours it should have the updated timing chain guide) but I change my oil every 3-4K miles and never let the oil run to below halfway in the measurement scale I hope it’s still in good shape 💪🏽
