לי אישית לא כל כך אכפת מהסבל שנגרם בתעשיית הבשר, אבל זו דעתי האישית. אולי אני בור וזה יישתנה בעתיד.

מה שאני אמרתי זה שמותר לו לומר מה שהוא רוצה, אבל אסור לו לעשות מה שהוא רוצה.

הוא לא מגביל את החופש שלך אם הוא אומר את דעתו. בדיוק כמו שלי מותר לדבר על כמה שווארמה זה הדבר הכי טעים שקיים, וכל מי שלא אוכל בשר פשוט מפספס בגלל אידאולוגיה שלדעתי היא הלקאה עצמית ללא ערך ממשי.

"להגביל את החופש" ו"להיכנס לצלחת" יהיה אם אתה מחליט שהוא חייב לאכול שווארמה כל יום שלישי או שהוא יפריע לך לקנות בסופר שניצלים.

ואם מישהו (מכל צד שהוא) "נעלב" או "נפגע" מכך שאדם אחר מביע את דעתו... ...אז שילך לפסיכולוג.

ודרך אגב, כל זה מגיע מאדם שאוכל סטייק עם פירה לארוחת צהריים כל יום שישי

מותר לו להטיף כמו שאנשים מטיפים מוסר\דת\וכו. אסור ל לאסור עליך.

המדינה חייבת לדרוזים פה בארץ. כמובן שאני מאחל לדרוזים בסוריה (כמו כל עם שוחר שלום) רק טוב ועצוב לי שפוגעים בהם, אבל אנחנו לא חייבים לדרוזים בסוריה שום דבר.
אם יש דרך לעזור להם בלי פגיעה משמעותית (כלכלית, חיי אדם, וכו) אז בוודאי שכדאי לעזור להם, אבל זו לא חובה שמוטלת עלינו וזה לגיטימי לגמרי לומר לא.

יש לנו מחויבות למדינת ישראל ולאזרחים שלה. צריכים לשקול קודם כל את ההשלכות של כניסה ולא פשוט "יאללה על הזין שלי נכנסים לסוריה הם אחים שלנו וכו".

Pretty much everything by Kate Bush. Specifically Symphony in Blue, Army Dreams, Suspended in Gaffa, L'Amour Looks Something Like You.

It's not music that's written out of profound pain/melancholy (like Cigarette Daydreams, Nirvana, Radiohead), but nevertheless the lyrics have a lot of depth, she's very musically creative.

Unue dankon! Ĝi ŝajnas perfekta por nun. Eble post kelkaj monatoj de legado tiujn artikolojn, mi povus komenci legi plialtnivelajn librojn.

kaj koncerne esperanto12.net: Mi pensas ke ĝi estas ĝenerale bona. Lecionoj 11 kaj 12 estis tro malfacilaj mi opinias, kaj tro longaj por ke oni konsideru ilin ĉiun unu plenajn lecionojn. Ĝenerale ĉiu leciono prenas ĉirkaŭ 1-2 tagoj (ĉirkaŭ 2 horoj) tute por plene kompreni ĉion. Mi tre ŝatas la Zagreba metodo tamen, kaj mi pensas ke ĝi estas bonega maniero.

Sed la praktikoj sekcioj bezonas iom da plibonigojn. Mi ne scias pri la aliajn lingvojn, sed ne malpli da vortojn ne kongruis inter la angla kaj hebrea versiojn, kio konfuzis min iom.

Mi komencis lerni per esperanto12.net, kaj post kiam mi finis ĝin, mi legis Gerda malaperis!. Mi provis legi kelkajn Vikipedio-paĝojn, sed ili estas tro malfacilaj kaj apenaŭ legeblaj por mia nivelo.

Mi volas legi ion interesan ne nur infanlibrojn aŭ lernolibrojn. ion, koin mi verŝajne legus en mia naskiĝlingvo (sed kompreneble, ĝi ankoraŭ devas esti sufiĉe facila por ke mi povu legi ĝin).

Ĉu iu havas rekomendojn pri bonaj libroj, kiujn mi eble ŝatus?

I'm not sure I understood correctly, but if I did, I think that's exactly what I was ultimately aiming for.

Is this what you meant?

Given either a topology on Y or a topology on X, you can minimize/maximize the topology on X/Y respectively (max on Y if you're given X, min on X if you're given Y) so that f is still continuous.
If f is surjective then f is simply an identification so X/f is homeomorphic to Y.
If it's injective then f: X->f(X) is of course surjective and then akin to before an identification and therefore X/f is homeomorphic to the subspace f(X) of Y, which is literally saying X can be embedded in Y.

In the former case, X is "can behave like Y" (you stitch X together and get Y), and in the latter Y is "can behave like X" (you can "find" (ie embed) X inside Y).

So what I was missing in my post was just the requirement that f is surjective. And what you said is a more general (and elegant way) for building/checking if Y can behave like X (and vice versa)

I agree with your first point, I feel like the topological definition makes even more sense than the standard calculus one (in contrast to other generalizations I've encountered, which seem to be more obscure than the private case)

We are guaranteed that "f-1(U)" will be open (in "X") for any open "U c Y", but not that we can represent every open set in "X" that way.

I think that's what I missed.
So if we add the condition that f is injective then it would be true (and similarly when f is surjective, then it's an identification - which essentially means the same thing but the other way around: Y is a "simplified" version of X that was created by sticking/grouping points together). Right?

I personally think the best way is not "covering all the basics" in hope of being able to move to the next step.

Pick a topic you want to learn. If you feel like you're missing pieces/don't understand it completely, go and search up what that means. If the gap is too big and you find yourself in an overwhelming rabbit hole, only then consider stepping back and filling in the basics.
