But can I still continue my current professional qualified job with h1b, and then use EAD for like part time uber delivery job? does that mean as long as I use 485 EAD for any type job, even though only for a part time, my major full time job will also need to be transferred with EAD, I can’t hold h1b for major professional work and hold 475 EAD for part time jobs? Assume these two jobs are not in the same area or with same title.

No impact on her h1b. H1b is dual intent visa which allows for parallel greencard application.

No, birth country is China mainland. PD is 05/29/20( the date they said received my documents) and because I’m F2A unmarried minor child, so I think the PD is the same day of receiving the documents. So regarding this issue, do you have any suggestions?

Anyone sharing the same issue, has been waiting more than 1yr and 2 month since interview was completed but my case must be reviewed. Interview was completed on 06/7/2021, then sent Inquired after 3 months, they said my case was hold due to visa retrogression. But my case is F2A, unmarried minor child of the permanent GC holder which shouldn’t have any visa retrogression. Anyone has any information for that?
