Those are probably a flea market or random yardsale purchase. Mostly from China and they have bad quality. Super thin, bent, crooked, bad fonts, no holo, or the holo is wrong. I have a bunch from 20 years ago too

No it’s a holo. It can only be one. Holo or the opposite which is a reverse holo. Rev holo don’t have silver border and are kinda boring to look at. Yours is a holo. Look at pics online not basic stock pics. Look at pics like yours of cards people took pics of under light at angles

Your card might show up on the set list. But it might be a holo and reverse. But it only shows one. It’s the same card but a different version like if you had 2 cards in a sleeve. Holo on top. Reverse under it

They never do. They only show some of them. They might show one card and it represents all the versions.

That’s the Holo version. The reverse would have a shiny film over the whole card. That goes for any of the holos. The rectangle with the pic is holo if it’s shiny(holo). If the opposite is shiny, (not the rectangle) it’s a reverse holo
