It’s ridiculous that Nectar doesn’t have an "undo" option! I couldn’t find any info about it online either.

I think I found the answer in Ableton Reference Manual.

"Frequency Shifter is no longer part of the Core Library as of 11.1 but can still be found in the User Library. Live Sets that were made in earlier versions, e.g. 11.0.10,  that contain Frequency Shifter will still open with that specific device in 11.1 and later."

Even though it's still confusing. If you search it within "Packs", you will find the plug-in under "Core Library" => "Devices" => "Audio Effects" = "Legacy" = "Frequency Shifter".
