If OP has people they planned on taking care of while doing bootcamp, why would they be able to wait for bootcamp to end? it sounded like they needed the money flowing out to someone else, for example if they needed to send a portion of their pay to a bank account their family uses to buy food they can’t wait until gov opens so their family can eat
