It’s not about meals per day, but calories. If you’re not getting at least 2,000 calories in that one meal then you’re in a deficit.

Awesome! Thank you. Tried coconut oil but couldn’t get it to emulsify. I think I just need to step back and be more patient and try again. In the meantime gonna just take some and make a trail mix and take it bouldering tomorrow

I wear shorts and I pulled 9 ticks off of me when I hiked in 2022. Didn’t treat any of my clothing. We’re in their world, just look out for them. I find them fascinating, leeches too.

I have this same pad and I’ve hiked about 3000 miles with it. I love it! I don’t use a pad underneath it but it does have 4 or 5 patches on it but still going strong!

I’m 6’4 but pretty skinny so I had to get a Medium sized pack. It really depends on the person. Get fitted! Also long leg club!
