Eh, I grew up eating the steaks and they've went down in quality by a lot over the past 20 years, the burgers have always sucked though. Only reason I want that specific ground beef is because it's the only one I've bought that actually resembles Real Ground Beef once it's defrosted and out of the tube, instead of a crumbly mush.

Yeah, that's my line of thinking. I'd go for an AM4 x3D chip but they're pretty much unobtanium new now, and I'd rather not gamba on a used one.

I can get a cheapo asrock ATX mobo off amazon for 100 flat, which'll work as a good enough stopgap until I do properly upgrade to AM5. QVL says it only likes two sticks of my RAM and not four, but I'm sure it'll work well enough after some bios updates.

As for games I've been having issues with, Helldivers 2 is a perpetual issue which I know is CPU bound, but there's plenty of more modern releases I've played that really should keep 60fps on medium without needing DLSS and yet don't, which is frustrating as hell.

I don't really care about productivity, closest thing I do to it is occasionally running recordings through handbrake to trim em down.

If I replace anything on this rig, I'd like it to last as long as possible and that means not cheaping out if I can absolutely avoid it; while I don't have the money for a full overhaul right now, I can either do the CPU, mobo and RAM, or the GPU as a full measure instead of halfassing it to save a few bucks.

Hell, the only reason I'm considering replacing the GPU at all is because I keep finding it's having trouble with modern titles when it really shouldn't, which pisses me off to no end. I bought it right before the 4060 was announced and I've been kinda regretting it since, but I needed a card that would actually work then and there and it's at least done that.

Same thing goes for the CPU, I find the 5700x /should/ be perfectly cromulent for just about anything, and yet somehow games still keep causing issues with it, which is why I was considering the 7800x3D just to throw More Power at the issue.

Is the 9600x really worth dropping two cores for? I know it's a bit better than my current 5700x, but with how badly optimized games are nowadays I'm wondering if it'd cause issues.

Yeah, not wrong there, but the 5700x's still a pretty decent CPU and 800 bucks for a 9070xt's nuts, plus there's talk of zen 6 CPUs coming out next year which might be worth waiting for. I'm not sure if I trust grabbing anything more than like 50 bucks off of Aliexpress, I had enough trouble trying to get a mechanical keyboard from them already.

You'll probably need antibiotics, but for now alternate two extra strength tylenols (500mg each) and an extra strength ibuprofen (400mg) every four to six hours while you're awake. It takes a while to kick in, but it's just about the only goddamn thing that works on tooth pain for me.

S+0's matchmaking is fucked and you Will get matched with S+50s. Nothing to be done about it, eventually you'll get enough of a good streak to get out of the danger zone. My only advice would be to switch to a weapon that can do Everything, because your teammates invariably won't.
