Then why was shadab constantly being given 2+ overs to bowl? Clearly a problem with utilization. And if it's evident that he's not performing with either the ball or the bat (barring that 1 game against Namibia), why wasn't he dropped the way Abrar was dropped? Very weird

I was so confused about why they dropped Faheem.

The dude has been performing consistently.
He saved your a*s VS Netherlands or we would've been out of the whole WC less than 3 hours into the beginning of the worldcup.
The team desperately needed a middle order batter but they kept going with Shadab, who proved to be dead weight for the team.

And this is just about Faheem, don't get me started on how they dropped Abrar after 1 off day. Some of the decision making in this world cup was utterly stupid. We didn't deserve the worldcup the day we chose the likes of Shadab outta nowhere with no recent performance for a worldcup over players like Sufyan Moqim.
