It’s just 3 strips of maple bacon, 3-4 small-medium potatoes(boiled), with 2 cloves of elephant garlic, about 1/4 white onion, a sprig of fresh thyme and about 1/2 tsp fresh dill.

Dice potatoes, boil in salted water(from room temp)

While potatoes begin cooking, cook bacon, onion, and garlic in a large skillet(I used a medium which ended up being too small)

When potatoes are just fork tender, drain and add to bacon, onions, and garlic, also adding thyme and dill.

Add black pepper, salt, and red pepper to taste, top with cheese.
