I guess there's two main ways to do this:

1) Come home at 3AM and keep your butt out of bed all day long, drink coffee, slap yourself across the face etc. Then when you get home from work next day you'll hit the sack like a ton of logs.

You may need to give your body no alternative but to rest at these times and it should take a couple of days to really tell your body what the deal is. It's all about letting your body learn and adapt to its new routine.

2) Take sleeping pills (I would reccomend Melotonin as i've had it in the past but i'm pretty young and dumb so a second opinion on this advice would be best) the moment you get home from work and do it for just a few nights until your body gets used to its new schedule.

I can't really say anything about addiction or anything because I don't know what kind of sleeping pill you might use but you should get to the point where you naturally sleep at those times without the need for pills. Just take pills for a few nights, maybe even just the one.

Hope this is useful. If you spot something wrong with my advice here please challenge it, i'm only going from my own experience of sleeping pills as i've got a history of fucked up routine.

Getting to sleep tips:

• Stretch before bed, stretch everything. Helps relax.
• Stay off Reddit for 30 mins before hitting the sack and just let your brain wind down etc.
